| I spent some time out of here and I do not seem to find any reference about an event that was scheduled to september in Germany. |

I already did so. Above I pointed to the forum where the Wissembourg meeting is being discussed.

Oh......yeah......okay......sorry to everyone for the duplication in response.
[ now I understand......it all makes more sense now ]
As the request / question was posted here @ the Micronational World*s Fair
forum, and not at the Discussion Forum, I was not really sure as to what
YAN was needing to know.
